Why Hydronic Heating Is Better Than Conventional
In a conventional gas furnace, the combustion heat exchanger sits directly in the conditioned airstream — exposing air to temperatures up to 1,000°F. This strips moisture from the air, creates uneven temperatures, and generates more noise.
The NPF takes a fundamentally different approach. Gas combustion heats water in a sealed stainless steel heat exchanger completely isolated from the airstream. That heated water then flows through a hydronic coil, transferring heat to the air at a gentle 150°F maximum.
